Tom at Rugby Building & Carpentry Services recently completed major work for us including knocking through a wall, installing a steel girder and handling building control. They were excellent from start to finish. Reliable, hardworking, fairly priced and no hidden costs. The project stayed organised with no unexplained delays, and Tom’s attention to detail and pride in his work really stood out. He and his team were tidy, considerate and kept disruption to a minimum. Friendly, approachable and easy to deal with throughout. We’d highly recommend Tom and would happily use him again.

All good from estimate, planning, getting planning permission, building work, building work approval, roof removal and replacement, foundation work, wall removal, addition of extra walls required, flooring, insulation, etc. Great and friendly workers. No faults, nothing we would now change.

Tom and the team were great. We had them in to initially look at a rotten roof rafter in one of our dormer rooms. Tom came round, had a look and gave us his recommendations. We decided to replace the rafter, install insulation/plasterboard and skim the room. We were so pleased with the result. Following this we got him in to do another room (remove plasterboard, install insulation/new plasterboard and plaster). Again, so pleased with the results. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble and the team were always looking to offer friendly advice. Would definitely recommend.

We found everyone who worked for Tom to be highly experienced, have great attention to detail and do a brilliant job in all aspects building work and carpentry work. We received 3 quotes and immediately felt 100% happy and confident choosing Tom, We had a loft conversion and bathroom and couldn't be happier. Phil did the majority of the work, his skills in what he does are 2nd to none, made suggestions where he thought something would be better, always left the house tidy, kept us informed everyday of what he would be doing. The whole team works so well together, we found the whole process stress free and felt completely comfortable asking questions about the work. We would 100% recommend Tom and his team and will certainly be using them for future work.
