My experience with RUMLA was amazing. I would highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed. The men who installed my new bathroom were so experienced and I have to also add the craftsmanship and finished results were stunning. From start to finish the team was so helpful explaining each stage and I can't thank the senior installer for going the extra mile by driving to Leeds to pick up the tiles needed to finish the job. If you are contemplating installing a new bathroom. I strongly recommend you use RUMLA.

We bought a bathroom through Wickes in March 2024. Not long after it was installed by a 3rd party contractor our shower tray started to belly, eventually it cracked. It took 6 months for Wickes to finally acknowledge our warranty and the work was passed on to Rumla. From the get go Sean was excellent, communicated brilliantly, was considerate, very quickly diagnosed the error that was made when it was originally fitted and a date was set for the work to be completed. The replacement was fitted excellently, if only we could have had our work taken out by Rumla in the first place.

The lads did a brilliant job from start to finish. We had everything ripped out and replaced – big tiles on the walls and floor, new shower, toilet, sink, and all the fixtures. It looks super modern and clean now, exactly what we were after.

these lads have been great the whole way through. communicated perfectly and respectfully letting us know what's happening on the job. We had a couple issues with the boxing in of the boiler in a tricky position which required more attention and a bit of an extra cost, as you would expect with extra work, they kept me informed and involved in the decisions being made, They were up front and honest at all times nothing hidden and always fair. Very competitively priced and The workmanship is outstanding. would highly recommend.
