I put in a request for someone to repair our alarm system. I got a few replies but Stephen was the only that actually bothered to ring me. He was polite and listened and came to look at the problem 2 days later. He was punctual and worked through problem step by step explaining what he was doing, what seemed to be wrong and the parts he was going to get. We liked the way he kept us informed and was attentive to our questions.He later had to go several shops to get a £1 fuse but did not charge extra. Thoroughly recommend and use him again.

The thermostat was successfully switched over, all my questions were answered and he followed up to check I was happy and everything was working as it should be. A great service - thank you!
