Very speedy efficient, professional service.
Alex & his wonderful team responded quickly to my request to fix my oil boiler that was emitting fumes. They were very professional, knowledgeable and tidy in their work. The heating was back on safely the same day. Would highly recommend them, without any qualms whatsoever.

Boiler & Water Pump Repair - Excellent Service
Boiler out had no hot water; Russell Heating replaced the water pump, valves and serviced the boiler within 1 day of evaluating problem. Russell Heating installed our boiler 8 years ago and return yearly for service updates.

Boiler installation
Russell Heating install e our new boiler, powerflushed the Central Heating system, and upgraded the thermostats to a smarter ones. They where courteus, professional and cleaned after themselfs. I have no hesitation recomending their professional services.

Replacement of combi boiler motor and diverter cartridge
Alex was brilliant took time to talk me through the issues and parts on the phone despite being busy with other jobs, then provided a friendly and efficient job at short notice late at night to replace the parts and get our combi boiler working again on the coldest day of the year! Would 100% use his services again and recommend!

Alex is a true gentleman, very personable and a brilliant engineer who cares about his customers and his work. He works extremely hard and won’t leave until the job is done properly. 10/10 - Couldn’t recommend Russel Heating more!
