Dave and his team were incredible, built my extension on time and within budget. No surprises. Top spec finish. We are over the moon. Cannot thank him enough. Highly recommended 👍🏼

We encountered an unfortunate situation with our original builders, who attempted to exploit us by claiming that an internal wall needed to be knocked down due to poor brickwork, quoting an additional £26,000. He informed us that the brickwork was satisfactory and did not require any demolition. Moreover, he pointed out serious H&S concerns related to an improperly installed steel beam, later validated by the building inspector. This information  led us to decide against continuing with our original builders. As Dave had other projects underway he kindly recommended another company.

Russell’s Rennovations, Dave and his team, completed a double storey extension and installation of bifolds to our Victorian end of terrace. Due to the age of the house we encountered unexpected issues which Dave resolved quickly and confidently. Dave and his team were also very accommodating and flexible with regards to our requests during the build. Dave and his team are professional, friendly, communicative and complete to a high standard and we would definitely recommend Russell's Rennovations.

This is the second time using Dave and his team, this time for a larger project. This was a extension to the back of the house. His team were great, very vocal on everything that was going on each week. They turned up when they said they was, and completed the works to a high standard. Dave has a great contact list, and can deal with all aspects of the build. Project run smoothly and was very happy with the end result.

Was so glad we found Dave and his team. They did a great job in renovating our home. Dave was clear with outlining full scope of works and when a few hidden surprises arouse, he explained what needed doing and what costs would be applied, which for us was great, as we had a budget to stick to. All the guys were very polite and kept our home as clean as could be, making sure to clean outside aswell, to keep neighbours happy..
