    Excellent job from start to finish. Took the time to explain what would be done setting expectations from the start and kept me in the loop throughout. Gave me a demo once the job was done to make sure I was happy with everything. Would definitely recommend and use again.

    Excellent work done in record time

    I hired RustyPhix to fix a shower valve set that had been installed incorrectly (Hot and cold inlets reversed on a thermostatic mixer causing the water to either be boiling or freezing.) by the previous owners of my new house. 2 other plumbers had been to look and had decided it was too much work for them, but the Zubair came too look, understood the job and sorted it out in a few hours. Zubair arrived exactly on time, was great to chat with and very considerate while doing his work. I can't recommend RustyPhix highly enough.

    Boiler and radiators replacement

    I used RustyPhix to replace my boiler that stopped working as well as 3 rusty radiators. The communication was very good throughout the process and they were very quick to reply to my messages and sent me a comprehensive quote. I went with them rather than the competitors because they were cheaper but the quality of the work they did was really good! They were able to come back when I had other smaller issues and they installed a smart thermostat for free (I already had it). The only downside is that the job took longer than expected but I would definitely use their service again.

    leak in the kitchen

    I am extremely happy with the plumbing work and communication throughout the whole time, the plumbing was done to a very high standard. I would definitely use Rusty Phix again and recommend them without hesitation.
