Hot water tap was spitting out boiling water when it was turned off

Interior low water pressure
Matt fitted my job around his other planned work. Worked out the issue. Went and picked up the part and fitted it the same day. Slight follow up issue, he came straight back and stayed until we were both sure no further subsequent issues. Indispensable for emergency & planned work
