We worked with Rutland on our extensive home refurbishment project over approximately 9 months. Having completed reno projects on previous homes, Rutland ensured that the works were completed to a high standard and took the time to share progress updates and explain any changes/unforeseen issues. This made the overall process far easier to manage in comparison to previous projects. Steve and the team were always helpful and reliable and minimised the time needed to chase other trades as this was all coordinated centrally. Additional trade recommendations also proved helpful.

Friendly, honest and reliable. Excellent communication and project management. All the contractors were great - builders, carpenters, electrician, windows company etc. Rutland helped me source other contractors for additional work (floor sanding company) and even liaised with them to help move their dates when there were some small delays. Work was carried out to a high standard. Everyone was polite, respectful, flexible and tidy.

We are very happy with our extension and extra work carried out by Rutland Building. It feels like we've moved into a whole different home. Quality always good and any problems solved easily and without fuss.

The workers were hardworking and respectful and finished beautifully. We had real issues with structural engineers, building control and party wall agreements, but the builders remained patient and helpful throughout as we worked to resolve these. There were a couple of building related issues, but these were resolved without fuss or delay.
