  Really good experience from start to finish. We had a helpful discussion before the quote to understand what the options were, so that we could agree exactly what was going to get done. We were given a firm date, which was stuck to, and confirmed a few days before. Throughout the work Rob and his team were polite, friendly and hardworking. They left the place tidy and treated us and the house with respect. We had a few 'while you're on the roof' tasks which we added to the job sheet, all of which were included either without charge, or for a reasonable additional cost.
