Excellent service

Excellent service from Chris! He cleaned our gutters and windows today. He is very reliable, highly professional, and has great communication—he replied to all messages promptly. He was also very honest about what he could and couldn't do safely regarding our conservatory, and even offered to help find another specialist for the repairs. Reasonable price and very thorough work. Highly recommended!

We had a major problem with a gutter overflow on our house compounded by a simultaneous failure of some of the roof felt on our conservatory/garage which meant that the whole of the house roof run-off was coming inside the outbuilding. Chris from Flux managed to fit us in at quite short notice. He cleared out the downpipe and gutters which immediately sorted the floods of water ingress. He also pointed out some other roof issues that we need to fix - missing gutter bracket and slipped main roof tiles. Chris was punctual, efficient and very pleasant. Would heartily recommend his services.
