We were extremely pleased with the work done; an extension to our house as a utility room. Rob gave a detailed quote, planning stages of the work to be carried out, together with relevant payments as they were completed. He consulted on points to ensure that they would meet our wishes and expectations, and both he and his worker Tom were very pleasant to communicate with. The site was left clean and tidy on completion. We have no hesitation in recommending RWConstruction.

Rob and Tom were exceptional throughout our two‑storey extension build. Their professionalism, reliability, and pride in their work showed from day one. Rob also installed our new kitchen and utility room to a superb standard and coordinated all other trades smoothly. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every change and tweak was handled with patience and a can‑do attitude. They were friendly, tidy, and great to have around, always respectful of our home. We’re thrilled with the result and would recommend them without hesitation.

We have nothing but good things to say about Rob and Tom. We found Rob to be very straightforward, pragmatic and honest. He is a perfectionist and really thinks a few steps ahead about how to solve for potential issues. He and Tom work so hard and were also just really nice people to have around. We were very impressed by Rob's knowledge of so many different trades. Quality of work was excellent, pricing was competitive and transparent, no unexpected deviations. Offered great advice. Rob has impressive knowledge and experience as a builder which he used to make the project work smoothly at every stage. He has a broad range of trade skills to hand and when needed brought with him other individuals he has worked with before. All were equally great at their work! Liaised with Planning and Architect/Engineer right from the first spade in the ground. Brilliant, tidy, hard work ethic, and no going off to other jobs as he works one at a time. Having agreed a billing schedule Rob liaised with us and kept to it all through. Highly recommended, smashing extension!! Thank you!

Single Storey Extension. Excellent Builder. Job complete with no fuss in a timely fashion. Polite, accommodating. Fully recommended. Rob only works on one project at a time, has excellent working relations with Building Control Inspectors and other trades.
