We needed someone to install toilet and sink alongside a shower and some plumbing work. Richard was on hand to help. He always arrived on time. Very professional and helpful willing to go the extra mile to keep clients happy. He even came back for a call out after the job was concluded at no charge! Richard the engineer was utterly brilliant, he diagnosed the problem in a flash, and very quickly and professionally refitted the new valves as required. My heating system is now restored, at a very reasonable price, and I have already recommended him to some of my friends and family.
