Repaired leak from bath waste pipe and carried out landlord gas safety certificate for boiler
This repair was required urgently as my tenants could no use their shower or bath due to the waste pipe from the bath leaking. Rich was more than accommodating and on realising my need for this to be sorted ASAP he was at the property within a mater of hours. The repair was completed quickly, efficiently and with minimal disruption to my tenants who were very complimentary of Rich’s workmanship and demeanour. Whilst there I ask rich to carry out a gas safety check on the boiler which he was happy to do. All this was at a more than reasonable cost.
