Richard was fantastic at arranging this with the estate agent and carrying the work out extremely quickly, called me once it was complete to give me the results over the phone. He then provided me with the report extremely quickly as well. I would definitely use Richard again.

Richard was very professional and did the job pretty quickly. He was also very prompt when it comes to communicating. He was running late for our appointment but he let me know ASAP so had no problem with it. Now fully enjoying our smart thermostat.
