Richard has done a great job. He was tidy, flexible on a few changes, and reasonably priced. He seems extremely competent and just got on and did it as quoted. I would highly recommend him.

We could not be happier with work done or the customer service we received. We changed some things and added extras without any problems. We were kept informed and even though our house resembled a building site R West kept it tidy throughout. We are having him back again in a couple of months to do some more work. We could not recommend him enough.
