Just to say what a great plumber and gas fitter Russ and his team Mark and Ross, really friendly and professional. Kept us informed from start to finish . Made the experience better than I hoped. What a fantastic experience. Had to get a boiler installed asap. Russell gave me the best quote and had all the work done in two days from initial phone call! 100% would use again and throughly recommended!

Russell was recommended to us a by a neighbour, and we're really pleased with the work. He and Mark are very easy to deal with - they listened to what we were wanting, were transparent with their advice, clean, tidy and high quality work. (And we have hot water again!) Following the boiler replacement, we've decided to ditch the service contract we'd had with another company and will be sticking with RWL. We'd definitely recommend them RWL

Highly recommend Russel and Mark - they did an excellent job of taking out old boiler and hot water tank and replacing it with Combi boiler/ new radiator. EXCELLENT A complicated job (which had defeated two previous plumbers) was swiftly and expertly completed by RWL. I understood the quote and the plumber settled any of my questions. The team stayed 'on task' and did not waste time. The team were competent, relaxed and honest. The finished system works efficiently and successfuly. I would certainly use them again and confidently recommend them.

Russell and the team have recently completed the modernisation of the plumbing system in my home including the installation of a new pressurised system boiler and hot water tank, with immersion, as well as new TRVs on each radiator and some other sundry work. Everything from comms, reliability, tidiness etc were exceptional as well as a full walk-through of the new set up and the patience to answer my many queries! Would thoroughly recommend and use again.
