Rob did a fabulous job, diagnosing the problem, sourcing the parts and installing. Always polite and worked hard. The area he worked in was all cleaned up when he left and toilet working perfectly. A really good job and will definitely use for all future plumbing jobs.

Very good managed to respond same day as it was an emergency, traced leak straight away and managed to repair within agreed price and time scale would recommend

Excellent work, very flexible and really tidy

First of all when Rob arrived I was a female at home alone with an urgent job. When pricing up the job I did not feel he was taking advantage, like others. Rob was very polite at all times. Returned my call, apologising that he missed it. ( I did expect a voicemail if he working). Gave me an expected time of arrival and called agin to confirm arrival time. He worked consistently, cleanly and in a tidy way. Told me exactly what needed doing and what he was going to do. I will highly recommed him.

Rob was clean, tidy and professional throughout. Rob offered his expertise by suggesting products that would be suitable for our bathroom and within our price range. All of the work was completed to an extremely high standard. Great work we are very happy with our new bathroom and would highly recommend Rob to our friends and family.
