RW Plastering gave me a quote which I accepted. A date was scheduled for the works. They contacted me the day before to say they couldn't come, which I understood as these things happen. They assured me they would start work within two weeks. I tried, and tried, to reschedule a new date. I had a painter and carpenter booked to work after the plasterer. RW Plastering ignored every message and phone call from me, and as a result my painter and carpenter could not wait any longer. I was left with absolutely no work done due to their unresponsiveness. So unprofessional and I could never recommend.

Asked for quote on small plastering job. Agreed and replied with area. Failed to respond to any other messages despite multiple chances given (delivery and read receipts obtained). Poor customer service skills

Ross plastered every wall and ceiling in our new house. He was efficient and friendly, and the plastering has been finished to an exceptional standard. I would highly recommend him.

Ross and his colleague did an excellent job skimming over an old artex ceiling in the kitchen. Very happy with the end results.
