Richie was an excellent communicator. I initially booked him for an £8,500 job to replace the soffits, flashing, and ridge tiles of the roof of my first floor maisonette. It was only meant to be a patch, but once he got up there, he said he wouldn't waste my money. It wasn't worth doing a patch job as the roof was in a much more desperate need of replacing than I realised (I never should have bought this flat) Richie explained the cost of replacing the entire roof and was very flexible on the timeline for my gatherings the necessary funds. The end result is top quality work and very beautiful

Richard and the team were so friendly and helpful with my roof repairs. Richard was extremely responsive to all my questions and concerns before completing the work which was very reassuring. Richard was excellent from start to finish communication couldn’t have been better. I wasn’t on site (my son’s house) but he kept me fully informed of every stage of the process, offered advice were needed and sent me extensive photographs of all the finished work. I thoroughly recommend RW roofers.
