Excellent customer service and fast turnaround for the job. It hadn’t crossed my mind but they automatically chose a dark grey ridge tile product to compliment our slate roof and it looks so much better than I imagined. RW Roofing got Intouch straight away and made our process of repairing our roof/Chimney so easy. They came out within 3 days, and spoke to us about everything that entailed in the process of repairing our problem. We received quite afew quotes and they was also cheaper then the rest. Very very polite , and even cleaned up after themselves which a lot of of companies promise but never really do a proper job with it. RW Roofing made promises to us, and kept every single promise and detail about the job. I've used these guys before for a leak in my roof but had a new leak appear in a different location. I got in touch and within two days they came and conducted a full survey, worked up a solution to the leak (a replacement valley as the old one was cracked) and, literally the next day after agreeing to the price, they were straight over and got the work done. Would highly recommend, quick, efficient and easy to communicate with.
