New Conservatory Roof
Very pleased with the quality of the job. After getting three quotes for the job, Richard came across as the most knowledgeable and professional. When discussing the fine details of how the job would be carried out, he was very clear and detailed in what the job would involve. Job was due to commence mid April. Due to COVID the job was postponed for a number of weeks, but Richard was very informative of when we could progress, and worked around my shift dates. New windows fitted to several flats.
Not only was the installation and overall finish to a really high standard the quality of the units fitted were also of a very high standard. The units that were being replaced had not been fit for purpose and had failed very quickly. After the job was completed in each flat there was no need to clean or even decorate. Dug out garden and laid Astroturf
It was much harder to dig out than anticipated. There was compacted clay that needed to be dug out and extra work for drainage. Richard worked very hard to get this done to an exceptionally high standard and I am sure there were extra costs invollved which he didn't ask for at the end. We were highly delighted with his work and I recommended him to my sister and a work colleague who have used him - they also were very impressed with the high standard of work.
