Unreliable
Despite what he states in the Checkertrade booklet he is totally unreliable. I arranged for him to replace a leaking radiator at an arranged time and date. He never turned up, neither did he telephone me at all. Beware anybody else who decides to contact Ryan James for help.

Wet room installation, All radiators and pipework changed, kitchen plumbing amendment
Absolutely nightmare! Never had worse! Ryan dragged a 2 week job out over 3 months. At the end he disappeared without completing the job and has blocked my number. Every single radiator's pipework was inaccurate and pipes had to be altered after skimming and decorating, causing great damage to the walls. The wet room he installed has leaks in the toilet, sink and shower. The floor is not at the right gradient and water is leaking out. I have to rip the floor including the very expensive underfloor heating and start again. He smashed the shower screen. My new wren kitchen units are ruined.

Installing waterworks into outdoor grooming parlour
