  Double Glazing Installation

  Brilliant Professional Service All Round

I have recently had windows replaced along with a new porch and doors. From the outset with Steve quoting, to the fitters, Les and Gavin, everything went seamlessly. Les worked on his own for 2 days very well and Gavin helped on the last day. Apart from a crack in one pane, which was swiftly replaced a week later, I am thrilled with the end result. No pressure tactics at all and everything was explained well, along with Mel the surveyor. Highly recommend Rydale. Thank you so much.

  UPVC Doors Installation

  Flawless service and unmatched professionalism

Anyone can supply windows and doors but Rydale Windows delivers a truly professional experience. Our new UPVC door looks beautiful and the workmanship is excellent. The true test of a company is how they handle issues. We noticed a few minor defects after the initial installation and called them back. While many tradespeople get defensive Rydale Windows responded with total professionalism. They sent out Phil who was fantastic. He listened to our concerns without making excuses and explained exactly how everything would be resolved. Rare level of professionalism you just don't get anymore.

  Rydale Windows

Couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Rydale windows. Right from the initial phone call to get a quote all the way through to getting windows and doors installed it has been a pleasure dealing with everyone. I found all members of staff friendly, professional and knowledgeable . During the first day of the install we even had a manager arrive to check in and make sure everything was going ok. The lads carrying out the install were brilliant, they talked me through what they were going to do and asked for my preference on certain aspects of the detail work like sills and filling

  Pipe moving on conservatory

They came and assessed the work needed and provided a quote to see if I was happy for the work to be done. They completed the job today and I am satisfied also gave me a verbal assurance of the job if any fault to call them back.

Conservatory with warmer roof and 2 skylights

Had an excellent experience with Rydale Windows. We opted for a conservatory with the warmer roof system - had new frame and roof fitted onto the existing footprint and walls. The work was done to a high standard and completed in 6 working days. All praise to Marek and Tony, the fitters, who worked very hard and were very helpful. From initial enquiry, survey, ordering and fitting only took a few weeks. No complaints whatsoever. Our conservatory now looks fabulous and up-to-date and ready for enjoying. Thanks to all at Rydale.
