Mixed experience with S1 pest control. It was a difficult job removing squirrels from the eaves of our house. The initial work was carried out well and we were told the work was guaranteed for a year. We had to contact S1 a few weeks after the work was completed as the squirrels were trying to nest in the same spot. However, despite saying they would come and check the work, S1 have stopped returning our messages and haven't come to check.

Hi Katharine, we’re sorry you were disappointed with the communication. We explained that, due to the height of the roof, a return inspection requires two technicians for safety reasons and we were unfortunately short-staffed at the time. The proofing was completed using heavy-duty industrial mesh, and seeing squirrels on a roof does not necessarily mean they have regained entry. After your review, we contacted you and offered to inspect the work, but this was declined. Our offer remains open and, if our guaranteed proofing has failed, we will of course rectify it.
