Engineer was polite and on time explained the job fully from start to finish and completed to high standard. Was good on price completed in time and even cleaned up. Would defo use again defo recommend.

The engineer was polite, friendly and hardworking. He tried a few solutions to get the TV to boot. The TV did not work. However, 15 minutes after he left the TV booted on. I think the software update started to work.
