Martin got back to me within minutes of seeing the job I needed doing and arranged a date within 2 weeks of my call. When I messaged to confirm details, he was prompt at responding. He completed a deep clean of my suede-type sofa after my cat had 'spoiled' it, and he has done a fantastic job. Although I wasn't there myself, my sister was there to let him in and told me that he was polite, professional and respectful of her and the house as a whole. My sister commented on the thorough job he did of cleaning the whole sofa, not missing a spot- it looks like new! Definitely will use again!

From the initial request for carpet cleaning Martin was in contact with me. The whole experience was very professional . A date and time to clean my late father’s house in Spondon Derby was arranged. The carpets were quite soiled after carers attending to him for three years. Martin completed and excellent job and kept me informed with photos before and after, would highly recommend.
