I have recently acquired a new puppy and unfortunately as we all know, accidents happen I contacted Steve Alderman as I needed Stain removal from several areas. Steve arrived promptly and on time, he had such a pleasant and friendly manner I wasn’t expecting some of the stains on the carpet and sofa to come out as heavily stained due to a pretty poorly pup. Steve did such an amazing job! He removed all the stains and the smells perfectly and I did request more and he was more than happy to help. I didn’t even feel embarrassed as he mentioned his own dogs and we had a giggle at it all!
