At the beginning of May we experienced no hot running water. After an initial call for a diagnosis we were hopeful of a quick turnaround. This started in mid-May and we are back to having no hot running water again in mid-June! The whole experience has been diabolical as it unfolded including damage being caused to electrical components that were working previously doubling the costs! After another call we’re being told that more work is needed and new electrical parts that were known about last visit!!! Due to this being a ‘One-Man-Band’ he's now on holiday until the end of June!

We wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to Tim for the boiler service he has provided us with. Given that we've already moved to our new home and couldn't travel back, we were a little nervous about arranging this remotely — but Tim made the whole process completely stress-free. Tim handled everything with such professionalism and care. He carried out all the necessary checks, and got the safety certificate back to us quickly. The communication throughout was brilliant — always prompt, clear, and reassuring. Brilliant work!

Would 100% recommend Tim great service friendly and reasonable charges. Serviced our gas boiler as had only just moved into property then called him again as could slightly smell gas in lounge around fire. Tim found slight leak dealt with it and all good now. Thanks Tim for a great service
