    Boiler replacement

    The boiler fitting was fine Other problems 1 old pipe work left in cupboard/attic 2 no water supply to bath 3 live wire left dangling in cupboard 4 all wires left loose not attached to walls 5 gas fire condemned advised to replace (Have since had repaired) 6 radiator in main lounge not heating up Advised to replace ( have since had balanced ) John came to measure for replacements 11 Oct We have left him messages and called him He has not responded VERY UPSET WITH THE WAY THAT WORK WAS COMPLETED and THE AFTERCARE

    Gas leak.

    Call them out and they came out with in the time given, found the leak with in 5mins and fix it, well happy with the job the lads did.

    Boiler repair.

    As always, I was very happy with the work! I have four investment properties and Safeguard North East are the only heating engineers I will use as they are extremely reliable and I can always reach them in an emergency regardless of the time or day of the week and they have even helped me out on New Year’s Day before!

    Additional stop cock and unblock drain

    Quick and hassle free job. John and Dan fitted an additional stop-cock to an outside pipe and I asked them to see to a urinal that was blocked. The job was done in less than an hour. I shall be using them again.
