We have had excellent after service from the company , since buying our scooter last year. from servicing and repair , to replacing parts . We damaged a part on the battery and they sent a replacement out the next day . The staff are always helpful and very professional . We would def recommend them .

What a lovely experience today at safe hand’s mobility shop in Cheriton Folkestone, we were met by a lovely lady called Amanda, what can I say so very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her! Very professional and talked us through everything, I even done a video of her showing me how to dismantle the scooter so I could remember when it came to me putting it in my car for when I take my mum out. It literally has definitely put a smile back on my mums face! She will be able to venture out now! Thankyou so very much Amanda for your time patience and great customer service!

A first class company whose staff are knowledgeable about their products. An excellent "used" section with products guaranteed. The staff are friendly and informative and take great pains to ensure that the right product is being selected. I never felt any pressure or need to rush decisions. The delivery of the scooter was on time and the details of the scooter clearlyexplained.

Very courteous and helpful. Offered advice and answered any questions I had. They took away the old chair.
