I booked Mark for my annual boiler service after seeing his 5 star reviews on google. He arrived on time and carried out the job to a high professional standard. I have already recommended him to family.

Called looking to have a toilet fixed for a tenant, so fairly urgent. Mark was able to get this done for us the following morning, meaning a very happy tenant.

Turned up to empty septic tank a opened 1 of 2 covers. This was a venting pipe with u bend, said that pipe needed repairs. Did not open 2nd cover to main area of tank Has to pay a second £250 to a different company to do the job properly. Mark was very unhelpful and said that there was only 1 cover. 2 covers are 1 meter apart and have large shiny aluminium covers. No offer of a refund. Would not use again. 0 stars

Mark and coworkers were very professional and helpful with fitting our new boiler, they done it very efficiently finishing the job in a day even though other plumbers told us it would take days They fully talked through how to work our new system and himself and Ryan we're very friendly brilliant job done would recommend them anytime

On bank holiday weekend, found water leaking from cistern. Out same day and replaced the part causing the issue. Great service.

Very happy with service provided, job finished quickly and quoted price very reasonable. New radiators are looking great
