Very Bad company. We rent the house and the owner and estate agent booked with this company which give you no assurance of what time to come. They say between 8am and 6pm an Engineer will come. Which is bad as we cannot wait all day long for them as we got work out of the house to be done. However, as we have booked and waited until 3pm, we called them for an update and we have been told that their collegue is sick and cannot attend and reschedule for the next week. This is the worst Company I have ever seen. Also the costumer service is very bad, the lady there was unprofessional, not reckon

Great customer service, the engineer arrived so quick and was able sort the issue within 30 minutes! Didn't waste any time, was very efficient and got the job done fast! Very pleased, will definitely use you guys again!

Safehouse are the most reliable, efficient and easiest company I have had the pleasure to deal with. Just amazing. Honest and very keenly priced too. Can’t praise them highly enough - I’ve used them many times and they have not let me down or disappointed ever.
