    My plugs had gone off

    Charged me £60 to turn switches on fuse box and tell me kettle knackered. We’re here less than 10mins. Would never use again or recommend.

    Client called and advised no power to the property. I gave them 10 minutes free of charge service on the call to try preventing a call out. The lady advised the fuse board was in the cellar that was full of water and she was not going back there. She was advised its £100 plus VAT for a call out within the hour or £60 plus VAT within the same day. The lady asked for us to call within the hour and one of our inspectors called over and completed an elimination of the obvious items and identified it was the kettle. He talked to the client through everything and was on site for approx. 30mins. When he asked for payment the lady was shocked at the cost with him only being on site for 30 mins and he rang me (director) as a gesture of good will I gave an extra discount, and the charge was £50.00 plus VAT. Unfortunately, our services do not come for free and we regularly check our pricing with other companies offering the same services and we are on average cheaper than our competitors.     Fitted cooker

    Stuart owner of the company acted very quickly and arranged a new oven to be fired within 2 days. Very reliable and would highly recommend. The 2 electricians were really tidy and quick. Lovely tradesmen. Dane and Macaulay. Please don't hesitate to be in contact.

    Telephone support

    Lovely man, very knowledgeable-was able to help me over the phone for an electrical problem which I was on the telephone for almost an hour to my electric company and still unresolved. Gave me advise in 2 minutes and now I have gas and electric!! Saved my day. Thank you so much ????

    Installed cooker hob

    The company emailed me back quickly regarding the information I had sent. Had a discussion via phone and arrangements were made for an Electrician to visit same day. Very good customer care skills used and I will definitely use again or recommend to others. Thank you

    Electrics tripping out.

    We have had problems with our electrics tripping out regularly and our ceramic hob was also not working correctly. We were going to buy a new hob but things came to a head on Sunday as our electrics were tripping out every few minutes. Fortunately I contacted Stuart and he came within the hour. What a wonderful man - he explained everything he was checking and worked through all the wiring and fuse boxes. He found a cable fault and repaired that and re-installed our ceramic hob which worked perfectly. Many thanks for sorting out our electrics and saving us buying a new ceramic hob!
