We had an emergency, and SPH helped us. Really good service when it comes to knowledge and getting it done. The only suggestion is in relates to the time keeping and appointments. Sometimes SPH can turn up a bit late however they will get it sorted. Jobs can get complicated on the way, so we have to account for that as well. A few scratches on the ceiling and walls after the specialists left, however still recommend especially if you have an emergency 🚨 Highly recommend

First fix bathroom install including new soil pipe relocation, stop tap upgrade, shower and basin plumbing. Excellent professional service arrived on time all work overseen and signed off by site manager Would highly recommend this company 👌

Responded promptly and provided a price range for the work to be done dependant on access and condition. Responded quickly to texts, great communication. On the day arrived within the times stated and carried out the job efficiently and to a high standard. Two skilled and pleasant tradespeople who show respect for your home. Price charged was mid-range of quotation. Would recommend and use again.

Plumber was very polite, talked me through the issue and the proposed fix. Work was done quickly and the price very reasonable. Got quotes for a couple more jobs that need doing so will be having them back very soon.
