Twice request rep to do me a quote for double glazing and both times a rep was not assigned. If they can't even assign a rep I certainly don't trust them to do the work.

Got satisfactorily resolved by my previous trader.

We had an appointment with Safestyle at 4pm yesterday. After assuring me that they would turn up as they are a sister company of Anglian who did not keep there appointment, they did not show up either, very disappointed and would not recommend this firm.

Excellent from start to finish.
