    This is the fourth time Dan has done work in our home. He is incredibly reliable, friendly and courteous. He works methodically and carefully, rather than rushing, and his charges are very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

    Dan was first used to inspect and quote for a ground floor flat in a two flat house. He was meticulous with his findings, detailing clearly what was required. Two days before contracts were exchanged owner died and I withdrew not wanting a wait through Probate. Found a property where I now reside, clearly unsafe electrically, as seller had not declared/actioned an electrical upgrade quote made just before the sale. I again chose Dan to quote and he did so, detailing every aspect of proposed work, which I accepted.
