9.5Verified ReviewDan was first used to inspect and quote for a ground floor flat in a two flat house. He was meticulous with his findings, detailing clearly what was required. Two days before contracts were exchanged owner died and I withdrew not wanting a wait through Probate. Found a property where I now reside, clearly unsafe electrically, as seller had not declared/actioned an electrical upgrade quote made just before the sale. I again chose Dan to quote and he did so, detailing every aspect of proposed work, which I accepted.

10This is the 4th time Dan has come to the house with faults to the wiring to a consumer board, Trip switches burning out, Wiring and trip switches just about compatible for the night storage heaters, Cable replaced and compatible trip switches fitted, New consumer board installed for night storage heaters. Loose wiring in consumer board 3 and main consumer board. I had a full conditioning and safety report done on the house. On the last visit faults found and fixed on report. Dan is an excellent electrician and leaves nothing uncovered, very thorough with his work. Feel save now from fire.
