• REMOVAL OF INTERNAL WALL

  An internal wall was required to be removed to create an open plan living space. This was quite a big job and Steve tackled it with enthusiasm and completed the job within timescales. There were several unexpected problems and setbacks but Steve always managed to find a work around. I would trust Steve with any work and he will be doing more jobs for me in the future. Thoroughly recommended.

• CHIMNEY REMOVAL

  Steve always started on time and explained what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. The removal of the chimney was a difficult job working on the roof and in a confined loft space but Steve coped very well and completed the job within timescales. The job created a lot of mess but it was cleared up properly. Steve is a hard worker and has an extensive knowledge of all aspects of the building trade I would recommend Steve without hesitation. He will be carrying out more work for me in the future.

• Replace drain pipe from toilet plus waste for shower

  Our toilet drain pipe was cracked and full of roots which Steve advised to have cut out and replaced with plastic pipe with connection for our new shower waste pipe. He and his helper did this work in a morning and reinstated the garden and paving, leaving everything tidy. I've already asked him to do another job and recommend him to anyone.

• Form a new opening

  Stephen had been really helpful in completing this project. He provided me with all the right trades who could deliver on time. He formed the new opening for the double doors and has kept in touch with all the trades to make sure the work is going to plan. He will be top of my list for any future work.

• Adding a support beam over bifold doors

  Due to concerns about the roof line sagging onto new bifold doors, Steve put a beam across for extra support. It is obvious Steve is an expert in this field as the beam was in place in no time. Steve even cut out timber to a template to replace the supports for the roof tiles and fascia that needed to be removed before fitting the beam. Thanks Steve for your professionalism.

• Replacing floor joists and putting down new chipboard flooring

  Originally, Steve was tasked to just replace the flooring but when it was taken up, there were signs of woodworm so Steve offered to replace the joists too. Steve also put down insulation between the joists and also ensured the flooring would not move by gluing the joints. I will recommend Steve to my family and friends. Thanks Steve for the great work.
