Refurbishment
Julian was recommended by the estate agents bairstow eves and I had a very good feeling about him from the beginning. The last tenants damaged the house and left it in a terrible state. Julian took the job of refurbishing completely. Within a very short time, he completed the full work very professionally. Every job he did in the house he shared a video and kept me informed regularly. I am very happy with his work and will recommend him to anyone who would like to hire him. Will recommend Julian any time
The last tenants damaged my property in Croydon. Before they were evicted from my house, They maliciously did everything to ruin it. Julian was recommended to me I got a very good feeling when I spoke to him first. He gave me a quote for the full job and within 2 weeks he started the job even though it was the festive season. Every work he undertook in the house Julian made a video and was keeping me informed. I did not need to be worried or concerned as Julian kept me informed about every single work that was done at my house.
