Alf is punctual, gets on with the job and discusses any issues and gives advice.

Alf was very punctual on time ,.Once here he made sure to explain to me about the importance of gas safety and what work need to be carried out in order to keep it safe . Alf also made sure he did anything extra that might be needed . I will only ever use Alf for my boiler and safety checks .

Very impressed overall! After acquiring numerous quotes, some via Checkatrade and others not, I came across Simon (AKA-Alf) at S.Alford Plumbing and Heating Engineering. Alf is very experienced, he will take the time to actually test the boiler and to pin point the problem, rather than others that don't have the time and guess the root cause? Its nice to see proper diagnosis prior repairs. Alf came round on the day, on time and completed his repairs efficiently.
