Ryan at salop timber works has just finished an amazing part garage conversion that we have turned into a play room which we are extremely happy with. We’ve had a full staircase replaced for solid oak and glass. The workmanship and attention to detail is second to none and Ryan has made the whole process run so smooth! We have used him before for other work and will use him again for sure!

We needed to get our new premium oak stairs installed, and wanted to ensure they were fitted with a first class finish. We contacted Salop Timber Works, and they were very professional from the start. Getting a quote was easy, and the work was completed to a very high standard, on time, with no mess at the quoted price. Ryan ensured that the fitting was custom adapted to the location for an amazing finish. We have already asked for another quote on some custom oak shelving. Highly reccomend.

Did not complete the work. Left the job with no bannister, railguard and holes in the ceiling. Poor communication, lots of promises to return. Work commenced in November 2021 and then I was strung along with promises to return, Covid excuse, childcare excuse and being let down by colleagues. The stairs have been left in a dangerous way and are therefore unusable. Shocking treatment of a customer.
