Pushy and Rude
Scott eventually came round to give a quote and was pleasant to deal with during the evening of the visit. I waited a few days (as expected) to receive the quote, which turned out to be more than I initially thought. I then explained that I wanted to get some other quotes to compare the price as I wasn’t sure what to expect. Scott then, in my opinion, became very aggressive and pushy, telling me that he has to earn a living and how he is ‘a professional painter, not a handyman’, then went on to call the job ‘embarrassing’. Repaired dented and chiped woodwork and repainted and repaired damaged walls.
Scott communicated his planned arrival time and turned up when he said he would. He was very friendly and as a lone female I was very comfortable to be alone in the house with him. To repaint ground floor to roof wooden bay window detailing
Scott was prompt and reliable at all stages of the quote and works. Planned in to diary after agreeing quote and kept In touch. Price was all inclusive of sourcing right colours and completing works as agreed. End result will make my mum happy and has made the property look much better. Thank you Scott.
