The previous tradesman let us down by not turning up to start and complete the installation after having paid for and received the materials that were ordered. The team from Samand Ltd agreed to undertake the installation and they worked hard, and the new flooring looks nice, and definitely better than the carpet that was there previously. The communication throughout was very good and they were punctual. We have asked them for a quote for additional work that includes installation of laminate flooring and also painting and decorating.

Great job! We ordered a repair from the guys, we were very satisfied. They work conscientiously, the quality is at the height. What made me particularly happy was that everything was done strictly within the agreed time frame. In the process of work, they behaved very carefully, they did not disturb the neighbours with noise, and left perfect cleanliness after themselves. Real professionals! I recommend it.
