Sam and Rob recently replaced our water pump and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Sam was incredibly helpful even before the job started with quick replies to questions and giving advice. His communication was excellent throughout, and he even shared his location so we knew exactly when he was on his way. When they arrived, they got straight to work, and finished the job quickly and efficiently. The quality of the work was top-notch, and the price was very reasonable. Sam is reliable, friendly, and clearly takes pride in what he does. A true professional - can’t recommend enough!

Just had a radiator fitted by Sam Blackburn and I couldn’t be happier with how it went. He showed up on time, was super friendly and professional, and did a top-notch job. The finish looks great and my heating system works perfectly. Really easy to deal with and clearly knows his stuff. Would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend Sam, from my quote request to the completed job, Sam was efficient, honest and reliable in his communication and work. In my en suite Sam replaced the basin with a new basin, tap and vanity unit, making it fit nicely into the small space that I have. He replaced my shower, shower door and the waste trap which was causing an unpleasant smell and applied sealant. He also went above and beyond what he needed to do when he noticed some issues with my existing plumbing in the airing cupboard, which could have caused a potential leak had this not been taken care of. Sam put us at ease straight away, which was so good as it was really stressful, he capped the pipes so we could turn our water back on, advised us on suitable replacement which we really appreciated, we purchased it and Sam returned to fit it, quick, efficient and everything was left clean and tidy and I have no hesitation in recommending Sam, a very good experience from start to finish and the new shower is great
