Helpful? I wouldn't know, as they didn't bother to get back in touch with me after they messaged me asking for my phone number and my address to get me booked in "as soon as possible." I sent my details and also asked if they needed further details about the work I needed doing....and then silence. Thanks, Amelia. Water supply pipe repaired
