Jamie arrived at the agreed time to replace a front door lock. From photos I'd sent him, he had observed the mechanism may have failed also. This was confirmed quickly and the door was secured safely whilst Jamie found a suitable replacement mechanism. A few days later Jamie returned to finish the job and had to also realign the hinges and door frame fitting. Job was completed professionally for a reasonable price. Throughout the work I was kept informed and cost was clear. Happy enough I've asked for a quote on further work!

Jamie from SDS came out to look at an issue with our front door lock (it had completely seized up making it impossible to close or lock the door). The lock couldn't be repaired, so Jamie arranged a replacement and returned at the weekend (which was very much appreciated) to replace the broken lock (gearbox) with the new one. It's all now working and we're able to close and lock the door again. The price was very reasonable and the invoice was at the price quoted. Jamie was punctual on both visits, very friendly and professional.
