  Bathroom refurb

  We are so thrilled with our downstairs cloakroom and upstairs family bathroom with the work carried out by Sam. Throughout him and his contractors being at our house, they were all professional at all times and really cared for the job they were completing. The floor was protected, cutting of tiles was done outside, there was minimal mess during work and at the end there was absolutely no mess. Sam was always listening to our ideas and came up with some brilliant ideas to work with what we had in mind. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family and to anyone looking!

  Samuel is not only polite and a joy to have in the house, his craftsmanship is incredible, Samuel exceeded every expectation we had, going above and beyond to truly transform our house. We can't thank him enough.

  New kitchen fitted

  Samuel and his team did an amazing job of completely taking out the kitchen and fitted a fabulous new kitchen with new boiler and hob etc. He went out of his way to get me a better price and far more superior quality product. Samuel is professional and more importantly understood the strict and tight timing constraints I had and met and went beyond his capacity to complete the works to the highest quality. I would highly recommend him as he is trust worthy and very conscious of his work.

  Garage conversion

  Sam and his team did an excellent job in converting our garage. Sam was always very good at communicating and his work was completed to a very high standard with no corners being cut. Hard working. Honest and would highly recommend !

  Sam K&B construction Ltd is a company you can trust , We look around to find some one who can trust to do our house full refurbishment and was not easy, and finally when we meet Samuel for the first time he come around with the amazing ideas, We left everything in his hands and Sam K&B construction transformed our house in amazing condition, all new kitchen and bathrooms ,plaster ,electric , carpentry, his team cover all the trades with passion and very skilled we can't be thankful enough, Thank you very much Sam k&b construction team ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐
