My kitchen tap developed a fault, making it unuseable, between Christmas and New Year. I phoned Sam who understood the problem, bought a new mixer tap and fitted it very promptly. He even cleaned behind the washing machine which he had had to move to access the plumbing. What a star! Very pleasant chap, prompt service at a reasonable price, would definitely recommend.
