  Painting entire apartment

  If you're looking for a top-notch painter who will exceed your expectations, look no further than Sam's Builders. I recently hired Sam to repaint my entire apartment and I could not be more thrilled with the results. From the very start, Sam was professional, responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with. He took the time to carefully understand my vision, made thoughtful recommendations and completely the job in a timely fashion. I have since re-hired him to unlock a jammed door, fit blinds and so much more. Highly recommended!!!

  Chimney removal in kitchen, joists and plastering then damp proofing the entire room.

  Sam was amazing from start to finish, he went the extra mile painting all our doors and the frames so it looked cohesive. My husband and me are thrilled with the work and would recommend him to anyone and everyone. It is hard to find a brilliant builder and Sam is that, he is fantastic and cleaned up after as well. There are no faults with the work or the entire experience with Sam.

  Bathroom fitting & wall partition

  We’ve worked with Sam in the past, and again more recently for a bathroom refit and wall partition. As always, his workmanship, attention to detail and dedication to the job is 10/10. Highly recommend, and will work with him again for any future jobs that come our way.

  Making good after plumbing work

  We needed some brickwork and plaster repairs following some internal plumbing work. Sam was comunicative, punctual, polite, tidy, and did the work quickly and to a high standard. We are already planning on hiring him again for another couple of jobs. Would recommend to anyone.

  Needed shower tray resealed as it was old and had a slight leak.

  Sam turned up on time for the quote, and came back a couple of days later to do the job. He was polite, on time, and completed the job in a timely manor. The job was very well done and looks great as well as sorting the small leak problem. I will be using him for some other jobs soon!
