Really happy with the work completed by Sam Crafted Creation on my staircase. The handrails and spindles were fitted to a high standard and the finish looks great. Professional, reliable, and kept everything tidy throughout the job. Communication was good from start to finish and the work was completed on time. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality carpentry work.

WOW. Sam was great, from beginning to end. Extremely professional and communicative. Made me feel at ease after being put through a really bad experience with the people we’d hired before and he had the extra job of fixing all the mistakes they had made! He fit me in at short notice and came with all the right tools for the job which enabled an absolutely flawless finish. He also kept the place clean and the whole experience was stress free! I can’t recommend this company enough, especially if you’re nervous about who to hire, as I was. Really competitive pricing, too!

Sam and his team did an excellent job for me. They were professional and flexible throughout the entire process. Sam thought creatively to overcome space limitations, making a movable wardrobe, a foldable worktop with integrated storage units and a bookcase with a radiator cover for me. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Sam understood my requirements and brought them to life as I had hoped. His team also took a great care to protect my floors and carpets and the clean-up afterwards was exceptional. I would highly recommend them.

Sam and his team did an amazing job renovating my staircase, adding a storage unit underneath as well as another unit for my washing machine and dryer. I really appreciated how focused Sam was on quality and attention to detail, and how committed he was to ensuring I was happy with the work. Communication was very transparent, and he always asked thoughtful questions throughout the process which I really appreciated. The final result actually surpassed my expectations. Sam could not have been more helpful. He was able to do exactly what we asked of him and more, considering the constraints of a small space and a sloping roof. He was even able to fit into our time schedule, which was so helpful. His team were polite, accommodating and so clean and tidy. I am thrilled with the result and in not having to battle with dodgy cupboard doors anymore.

Sam and his team are fantastic. They've done several jobs for us now - the biggest being bespoke fitted wardrobes in our bedroom. Sam came up with the design for this after listening to our garbled instructions and it was perfect. He is meticulous, so the workmanship is of the highest standard. And his prices are also very reasonable. We couldn't recommend him more highly!
