Samsian had previously serviced my old boiler and highlighted concerns that had been noted but not addressed by a previous heating engineer. Following helpful discussion, and recommendations from friends, I booked them to do the replacement. All communication was efficient, polite and professional. Danny came at the agreed time, explained everything he was doing, sorted out some strange pipe work that came to light during the work, and left me with a system that is better than the old one ever was!

Arrived exactly on time, carried out the work and tidied up. He explained the problem I may have in future with my boiler and why it was making strange noises. Polite and friendly.
